So, I thought I would share a little bit of my complete dorkiness with you. I get into these ruts where I watch one show, usually a bit silly and dorky, to fall asleep to or when I'm between shows. When I say watch, I mean it is on every second that I am awake and I watch the entire series and then just press play to watch it all over again. Would you like to know how many times I have watched the series Bones? 8. 8 times, guys. Every episode has been watched eight times. I have a problem. 

Right now, I am watching Psych for the second time. Also, I needed to get myself working out with low impact stuff while my doctor has put a nix on using strength building at the gym (nerve issues, super fun). So, I've decided to put together a 'TV Workout' for Psych.

Not that kind of TV workout.
I used some  other short lists to make my MONDO list of exercises to do while watching Psych. So, I give you.... 

The Psych Workout List
~Shawn makes a pop culture reference------ 12 russian twists
~Shawn has a psychic vision----- 20 jump ropes
~Shawn and Gus fist bump or “You know that's right.” ----- 25 Bicycle crunches
~Juliet/ Shawn moment----- 10 Squats
~Abagial/Shawn moment----- 10 burpees
~Every time Shawn and Gus scream----- 15 squats
~Every time there is a flashback----- 30 second football run
~Every time Lassiter is called 'Lassie'----- 20 jumping jacks
~Shawn says, “I've heard it both ways.”----- 15 sit ups
~Gus is called a ridiculous nickname-----10 push ups
~Shawn and Gus upstage Lassiter/Jules----- 15 lunges
~PINEAPPLE---- 15 sit-ups
~Shawn and Gus get into the blueberry-----25 crunches
~Shawn says, “Wait for it”----- Plank for 20 seconds

~Gus says, “I will kill/hurt/slap you, Shawn.”-----10 side lunges
