Right now, I am watching Psych for the second time. Also, I needed to get myself working out with low impact stuff while my doctor has put a nix on using strength building at the gym (nerve issues, super fun). So, I've decided to put together a 'TV Workout' for Psych.
Not that kind of TV workout.
I used some other short lists to make my MONDO list of exercises to do while watching Psych. So, I give you....
